How do I book PIKSHR.PRO for my event?

We personally review every inquiry, confirm availability, and send you a secure booking link where you can customize your experience, review your agreement, and officially reserve your date.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). That said, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows — don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.

What is your pricing structure?

Every event is unique, so pricing is based on your specific selections — booth type, event duration, number of guests, keepsake add-ons, and any enhancements. Submit an inquiry and once we confirm availability, we'll send you a secure booking link with transparent, itemized pricing and no hidden fees.

Do you require a deposit to hold my date?

Yes, a deposit is required to officially reserve your date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your contract. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods through HoneyBook.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined in your contract at the time of booking. We understand that plans change, and we do our best to work with clients on rescheduling when possible. Please reach out as early as possible if your event plans change.

What types of photo booths do you offer?

We offer four distinct photo booth experiences: The Social Experience, a modern digital-only photo booth with instant QR sharing — no prints included; The Signature Experience, a professional DSLR photo booth with studio-quality lighting and premium 2×6 prints; The Prestige Experience, our elevated premium DSLR photo booth experience with upgraded booth collections and select enhancements; and The Motion Experience, a 360 video booth that creates customized slow-motion videos. Our DSLR experiences also include a choice of modern and handcrafted wood booth styles. Each experience can be personalized with custom photo templates, digital overlays, backdrops, and event branding.

Can the booth be customized to match our event theme?

Yes — customization is central to what we do. We design custom photo templates, digital overlays, and backdrops to match your event's color palette, branding, or theme. We'll work with you on the design details before your event so everything is ready on the day.

How many people can use the booth at once?

Capacity varies depending on the selected experience and photo design, style. Please contact us and we'll confirm what works best for your event setup and guest count.

Question 9

Is a photo booth host included?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our DSLR and 360 experiences include a professional photo booth host who manages the booth, assists guests, and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout your event.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Fremont Bay Area and serve events throughout the greater Bay Area, including San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, the Peninsula, the East Bay, and the South Bay. Travel fees may apply 25 miles after 94538, please include your venue location in your inquiry.

How much space does the booth require?

Space requirements vary depending on the selected experience but usually 12x12. Final requirements will be confirmed once we review your inquiry and venue details.

Question 12

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Accepted Answer

We arrive an hour before your booked start time to set up and test all equipment. Setup and breakdown time is not counted against your booked hours. Specific timing will be confirmed during your booking process.

Question 13

What do you need from the venue?

Accepted Answer

We require access to a standard electrical outlet, a flat and stable surface, and adequate space for the selected booth but usually 12x12. For outdoor events, a covered or sheltered area is required. We're happy to coordinate directly with your venue coordinator. Specific requirements vary by experience and will be confirmed during your booking process.

What printed keepsakes do guests receive?

The Signature and Prestige experiences include two 2×6 photo strips per session. A 4×6 print upgrade is available as an optional add-on. The Social Experience is digital only — no prints are included or available as an add-on for this package. The Motion Experience produces video content, not printed photos.

Question 15

Do guests receive digital copies?

Accepted Answer

Yes — digital photos are delivered to a shared online gallery after your event. Guests can also scan a QR code at the booth for instant access to their digital photos. Gallery delivery is within 24 hours after the event.

Question 16

Can we add a guest book at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a guest book is available as an add-on and will be customized for you, crafted by us, in house. Guests place a copy of their photo strip in the album and write a personal message alongside it. Contact us to confirm availability with your selected experience.

Question 17

Do you offer photo magnets and keychains?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer personalized 2.5×2.5-inch photo magnets ($600 for up to 100 pieces) and personalized photo keychains ($500 for up to 100 pieces), both produced and assembled on-site at your event. Live laser engraving is available as an optional add-on for an additional $100, and may include personalized names, initials, or dates.

Question 18

What is idle time?

Idle time is an optional scheduled pause during dinner, speeches, or other activities when the photo booth is not actively in use. It does not provide active photo booth service during that period. Idle time can be added to your booking — contact us for pricing and availability.
